This Terms and Conditions page outlines the scope of the Trip Plans Itinerary Setup Service offered by Blue Sky Adventures.

1. Service Overview:

By purchasing this service, you are paying for the creation of a customized itinerary within the Trip Plans app for one specific trip. This service is provided by Blue Sky Adventures.

Please note that:

  • Trip Plans is not owned by Blue Sky Adventures.

  • We are not selling the Trip Plans app; we are providing the service of setting up an itinerary in the app using the information you provide.

2. What’s Included:

  • Your itinerary will include only the information provided to us during the data collection process.

  • The information will be organized in a visually appealing format and delivered to you via email within 3 to 5 business days of payment.

  • Delivery will be from the email address invite@tripplans.co.

3. What’s Not Included:

  • No additional tips, tricks, FAQs, or travel advice will be included unless you have booked your trip with Blue Sky Adventures.

  • We will not review the information you provide for accuracy, completeness, or missing details. Any errors or omissions in the information submitted are your responsibility.

  • If airline schedule information does not update accurately in the app, Blue Sky Adventures is not at fault.

  • Any glitches or technical issues that cause the app to malfunction are not our responsibility, as we do not own or control the app.

4. Chat Feature Access:

The chat feature in the Trip Plans app is exclusively available for clients who have booked their travel plans through Blue Sky Adventures. It will remain turned off for anyone who has not booked their travel through us.

5. Revision Policy:

  • You are entitled to one free revision of the completed itinerary.

  • Additional revisions are available for $5 each.

  • Corrections to errors made by Blue Sky Adventures will be handled free of charge.

6. Additional Trips:

The purchase of this service covers one trip only. Each additional trip will require a separate purchase.

7. Refund Policy:

This service is non-refundable unless we fail to deliver your completed itinerary within the stated timeline of 3 to 5 business days.

8. Upgraded Service Options:

If you are interested in upgrading your Trip Plans app experience to include:

  • A fully detailed itinerary,

  • Tips, tricks, and FAQs,

  • And access to the chat feature for in-trip support

​Please inquire about booking your trip with Blue Sky Adventures or having us take over your existing booking (if applicable).
